Easy rules for everyone who uses this tool.
For managers
- Connect your sheet once. That sheet is the home for all your data.
- Add vendors first so products can pick a vendor.
- Add products with a SKU so you can track stock easily.
- Use Stock In when items arrive. Use Stock Out when items leave.
- Use Audit to count and fix stock numbers.
- Check the Low Stock list to know what to buy again.
- Save Settings to set country, currency, and tax.
For team members
- Pick a product by its SKU before you add stock.
- Stock In means add items. Stock Out means remove items.
- Type the right quantity. Big numbers change the count a lot.
- Use the reason box to say why you changed stock.
- If you are unsure, ask the manager before saving.
- Audit is a careful count. Go slow and count twice.
- Press Reload if the numbers look old.
